About the Company
Poolmart is a group of individually owned pool shops combined together and trading under a common name. Our Group Started when Bill and his wife Valerie bought an existing Poolmart Store in Leeming. Bill came from a heavy machine background and brought a fresh approach to customer service in the Pool and spa care industry. It wasn't long before word spread and he was suddenly getting customers travelling up from the Rockingham and Warnbro area for their water testing and chemical needs.
It was apparent that he needed to get a retail store up and running down in the Rockingham/ Warnbro area. In January of 2001 Poolmart Warnbro was born. Steadily it grew over the next few years. It wasn't long before one of the biggest pool and spa retail companies in the Rockingham area was struggling financially and was liquidated in early 2004. With this company going out of business and closing three stores in the area it was quite apparent that Bill needed to open another store in Rockingham in order to continue delivering the same level of customer service that the Rockingham community had become accustomed to.
Poolmart Mandurah followed soon after with our 5th store Poolmart Success opening in October 2008 in the busy and fast growing area near the Cockburn gateway shopping centre.
