With Christmas a week away  and almost green pool Dwane and John from Poolmart Baldivis fitted us into their busy week, arrived promptly at 1pm with the new pool cleaner which was installed for me. Dwane explained everything he did ( no hidden extra’s) fixed the pool quickly and even cleaned the leaves from the top of the pool. Receipt emailed within minutes…. I have been a customer of Poolmart for nearly 15 years now and have always had excellent service but just very recently even their excellent service has excelled itself.  Due to my own fault I had let my pool get into a terrible state over the winter months.  Took a water sample into Cathie at Warnbro who took the time to explain to me what needed to be done, in what stages and over what time period and who I have always found is willing to give that little bit extra with really good advice.  Booked in for one of your spring service specials and on Wednesday was visited by Steve and after his visit my pool looks like new again.  Again, even though I have had the pool for so long, it is always nice to receive expert advice on where I was going wrong and how to rectify it and all done in a very friendly way.

Thankyou Poolmart and especially Cathie and Steve from Warnbro for making my pool fit enough to swim in again in a very quick time.

The staff are great at Poolmart Mandurah, they helped me turn my Pool from Black to Sparkling Blue and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and as a First Time Pool Owner this was very helpful.
