Ralph has been with PoolMart WA from it's inception. With over 16 years of Industry experience, Both Customer Service & On-site Maintenance, he has pretty much done it all regarding Pools & Spas. Ralph’s Role is to help educate our Store Managers and Service Personnel on everything Pool & Spa.
He also keeps the business running in the Background on a daily Basis. In his spare time Ralph is busy with his Large Family, Riding Dirt Bikes & Quads and Four Wheel Driving.
Laura is one of our Newest members of staff, She brings a wealth of Retail Experience & Customer Service with her. Since being made Manager Laura has excelled in her position. You will always be greeted with a friendly smile and a positive attitude.

Since joining the team he has managed to Increase our Regular service Round by keeping Consistent and always advising and keeping in contact with our Regular Customer Base. Lori has been with Poolmart since 2012. Lori started as a Casual at Poolmart and has progressed to managing our Rockingham store.
You will always be greeted with a Friendly Smile. Lori is dedicated to Customer service and knows the needs of Pool & Spa owners in Rockingham and surrounding Areas.
In her spare time, Lori is a member of the Royal Air Club of WA and a dedicated mother to her 3 Boys.
